For most remodeling projects, it is very difficult to provide an accurate construction price before design & selections are completed. A Pre-construction Agreement allows us to work with you + design team to develop plans, finalize selections and define the scope of work.

During this phase we will:

  • Develop a detailed scope of work

Should we get multiple bids and choose the lowest price?
